far away the show is. Minimum is $75.00. Depends on
gas prices and the particular shipper. |
| Set-up: |
This is for the
packing, (tack, trunks, feed, buckets, chairs,
table, bridle and saddle racks, plants, etc),
loading and unloading, setting up the horses’
stalls, the tack stall, fans, etc, and taking it all
down, repacking, loading, unloading and putting it
away. $25 - $40. If you help, some or all of
this can be waived. |
| Day Care: |

| Grooming: |
This is optional,
IF you can do it properly yourself. This

Braiding is separate. |
| Tack Rooms and
Feed Stalls: |
We set up a nice
tack stall and hospitality area with our custom
drapes, sign, table and chairs, saddle and bridle
racks, plants, pictures of our riders. It serves as
our dressing room, tack room, an attractive display
of our ribbons, and a hospitality/social place. We
have another stall to store all the feed, hay,
tools, muck tub, etc. The cost for the
tack/feed/grooming stalls is between $30 - $60 per
person. This is not optional.
|
| Coaching: |
$65 per day.
This is not optional. |
| SRF Horse/Pony Use
Fee: |
For clients that
do not own or lease their own horse. $50 per day. |
| Braiding: |
Mane braiding is
not optional for Hunters and/or Equitation. No
braiding for the jumpers. You can do it yourself
ONLY IF you are a VERY good, experienced
braider. Nothing looks worse at a show than ugly
braids. Braiding runs approximately $60-$70 for
manes and $50-$60 for tails EVERY DAY.
** Do not put
conditioner or detangler of any kind in the mane and
only below the tail bone and ends if it’s getting
braided-it makes it too slippery for the braider. |
